do 30 diamond push ups,
30 body-builders,
30 crunches,
30 push ups,
30 sit ups,
30 counts of 4 jumping-jacks
ALL AT ONE GO !
de seniors went kukkoo man..
after trg i and xavier went to makan at pizza hut..
mmm.. shiok ! haha.
then went on bowling.
sial laa..
bowl like almost 10 games..
fingers all so darn pain right now la..

just got back from jb.
stayed at my aunts place.
went around to makan here and there.
quite shiok la.
my mum and aunties gossip while eavesdrop.
hahaha.
slept so late last night.. about almost 3 ?
yea..
tired seh.
